It has now been a month since the BBB received my complaint, but they haven't done anything about it. Another check came in, but I'm still short about $4, 000 and they should pay the 4.33% APR.

Services and "warranties" were cancelled.It has been over 3 months without a refund.
Personnel in Finance Mr. Uy and the dealer's general manager, Juan Rivera were contacted. They both reasured me that all reimbursements are being processed, but the matter is still not solved. I mention BBB and a check of $432 came 3 days later.
They still owe over $4,000 and I think they should reimburse the 4.33APR% being charged.
Do not allow auto dealers to keep your money without proper reimbursement.File complaints so other customers and the BBB is aware and we stop this thieves.
